The Executive consists of five Executive Directors and a Chief Executive Officer. This structure is designed to provide efficiencies in all areas including the support and management of staff. The LCHS Strategic Plan 2007-2012 was the driver for the new organisational structure. This structure incorporates a holistic and multi-disciplinary approach by organising LCHS activities into groupings that reflect these themes and priorities.
The five directorates are Community Support, Coordinated Care, Primary Health, Ambulatory Care and Corporate.
| Ambulatory Care Executive Director - Nicole Steers Responsible for the areas of district nursing, palliative care, the Moe After Hours Medical Centre and wound management. | | Community Support and Executive Director - Anne-Maree Kaser and Provides social support services including counselling, alcohol and and drug treatment services and respite services. And | | Coordinated Care Executive Director - Antoinette Mitchell Encompasses the Aged Care Assessment Service, Carer Services, Case Management Services and Veterans’ Home Care Service across Gippsland. | | Primary Health Executive Director – Sue Medson Responsible for meeting the health needs of the community encouraging them to participate actively in their health and welfare. | | Corporate Executive Director - Anubis Pacifico Directly responsible for accounting and finance, properties, the motor vehicle fleet, management of assets, human resources, information and communication systems, quality and records management, risk management and corporate communications. |
