The Refugee Health Nurse is a member of the Community Health Team. The RHN aims to increase the refugee access to primary health services by providing culturally appropriate services. The RHN- - Provides initial health and social needs assessments
- Facilitates and co-ordinates clients health care services e.g.. General Practioners ,Community Dental Clinic, Hospitals , LCHS Counseling and Support Services and Allied health care services
- Provides health education and information to newly arrived refugees, individually or groups
- Resource for refugee health issues
