Responsible Gambling and Financial Literacy Project: 2016 Koorie art competition

In partnership with the Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation, Latrobe Community Health Service will develop a financial literacy resource. The resource developed will be determined by consultation with community members. The artwork is to represent this topic and will be used in all resources developed.

Entrants are to develop a piece of artwork, graphic design, photograph or other item (Artwork) which represents what ‘Financial Literacy’ means to them. The Artwork and entry form must be submitted by the closing date of 5.00pm Friday 29 April 2016. Entrants can take their submissions to any LCHS office during office hours from Monday 1 April 2015 to Friday 29 April 2016. Entrants must also attach a written interpretation of their work which details what the Artwork represents and why.

The Artwork will be displayed for judging/exhibition and award giving purposes. Artwork signatures or identifying notations will be covered during the competition. Voting cards will be provided and voting will be anonymous.

Timelines:
Entries open: Tuesday 1 March 2016.
Entries close: Friday 29 April 2016 at 5.00pm.
Exhibition of artwork: Daily from Monday 2 May 2016 until 5.00pm Friday 13 May 2016 at LCHS Morwell site, 81-87 Buckley Street, Morwell.
Winner announced: Friday 20 May 2016
