The NDIS is coming to Southern Melbourne
Latrobe Community Health Service will help thousands of people with a disability begin to transition to the NDIS when the scheme commences in Southern Melbourne on 1 September 2018. Get all the details at one of our upcoming information events.
Latrobe Community Health Service is proud to provide local area coordination services as a partner with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
We will help thousands of people with a disability begin to transition to the NDIS when the scheme commences in the local government areas of Casey, Cardinia and Greater Dandenong on 1 September 2018.
“The NDIS is a new way of providing individualised support for eligible people with permanent and significant disability, their families and carers,” Latrobe Community Health Service CEO Ben Leigh said.
“We are thrilled to be part of this enormous change.”
We are holding a series of community information sessions in the lead-up to the NDIS’ rollout across Southern Melbourne, so people with disabilities, their families and carers can find out as much as they need to about the scheme and how it will impact them.
