Organisational Structure

The Executive consists of five Executive Directors and a Chief Executive Officer. This structure is designed to provide efficiencies in all areas including the support and management of staff.

The LCHS Strategic Plan 2007-2012 was the driver for the new organisational structure. This structure incorporates a holistic and multi-disciplinary approach by organising LCHS activities into groupings that reflect these themes and priorities.

The five directorates are Community Support, Coordinated Care, Primary Health, Ambulatory Care and Corporate.
