Participate in our Home Care Packages – Quality Audit

Do you currently have a Home Care Package? Or are you a Carer? If so, we would like to invite you to participate in a Quality Audit!

A quality review team from the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency will be visiting our offices from 19 May 2015 to 21 May 2015.

The purpose of their visit is to assess the quality of care and services we provide to you and all of our clients.

As part of the review, the team will talk to management and staff and will look at our systems and processes.

They are also interested in speaking to clients about the care and services they receive.

You are welcome to meet with a member of the team to speak with them in confidence about the services you receive from us. Please contact our Quality Department on 1800 242 696 if you wish to participate.

Following the visit, the Quality Agency will prepare a report about our performance against the Home Care Standards.
